All returned items must be unwornand unwashed merchandise with the tags still attached. Items that do not meet the criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send back the ineligible Item to you. For reference, please include your order # outside of the package.
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you can send the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt. If you received damaged or incorrect items in your order, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement order. If the size you want is not listed in the store, that means it is sold out so you may have to check the store for availability every few days.
If you want to return an item for a refund, simply ship the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All exchanges and returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days after receipt. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credits to appear on your statement.
Also include the invoice in the box. We recommend returning the merchandise via an insured carrier, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. We will notify your email address once we have processed your refund. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:
- All items purchased on sale.
- Hair accessories.
- Intimates, bodysuits or swimwear.
- All vintage items.
- If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send back the ineligible Item to you.
